The Bellmount Residences was a 3 lot subdivision project. Each home was designed as a 4 bedroom Coastal, Beach Style home, designed & built in 2018, and was on the market (2019) with PRD Real Estate, Port Stephens.  

 

This large, sloped block was stepped into three levels with significant retaining to provide each home with a large, level back yard. Each home was designed to create the ultimate single level living with a series of spaces that had the ability to be opened and connected to the rest of the home, or closed off for privacy and noise reduction. The client brief was to create a 3 x cost effective new homes with a Modern, Coastal feel.

3 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom is located on the upper split level. The media room is positioned in upper level also, featuring barn doors sliders. The master retreat features an outstanding corner feature window, acting as both a facade feature as well as built in seating for the master retreat. A modest walk-in-wardrobe and a beautiful ensuite with a shower and timber wall hung vanity pairs perfectly with the timber accents throughout the home. Additional features include an entry seat & hooks, study nooks, walk in pantries, and large backyards.
