BOWLINE CIRCUIT, CORLETTE
The "Bowline House" - a modern, coastal inspired 4 bedroom house - designed in 2017 & built in the new Vantage Estate, Corlette (Nelson Bay, Port Stephens). It was sold in 2018 for $ 1, 050, 000.
Awarded "House of Week" by Domain & Port Stephens Examiner.
Sitting atop of the hill of the Vantage Estate, this open living design captures water glimpses, cool breezes and views below. The facade showcases a large glass corner window and feature stack-stone. This complex site included an approximate 7m fall from front the rear. The client brief was to design an impressive facade with the main living on the upper level, and a children's / guest retreat on the lower level.
Main floor level includes open living & dining area with a protected alfresco, seamlessly connecting the outdoors inside.
The home also boasts a large double garage, media room, luxurious master bedroom and a study. Lower level includes a rumpus, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms and lots of storage. Additional features included a butlers pantry, a double sided fireplace, a level backyard leading out from the lower level rumpus room.
