Built in the Vantage Estate, Corlette (Nelson Bay, Port Stephens) the "Bowline House" is a Modern, Coastal style home. It was designed in 2017 and a year later, sold in 2018 for $ 1,050,000, what a success to everyone involved!

In a prime location within the estate, the property advantages water views and cool breezes - perfect for the hot summer! 

 

The facade showcases a large glass corner window and feature stack-stone. Adjacent to this is the porch area, a very practical design element for getting in/out of your home (especially when its raining!) and the perfect sitting area. 

 

This complex site included an approximate 7m fall from front the rear. The client brief was to design an impressive facade with the main living on the upper level, and a children's / guest retreat on the lower level.

The main floor level includes open plan living/dining area with a protected outdoor alfresco area, which seamlessly connects the outdoors in! The home also boasts a large double garage, media room, luxurious master bedroom and a study.

The lower level features a rumpus room, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and lots of storage.

Some additional design elements included a butlers pantry, a double sided fireplace (perfect for the cold breeze of an afternoon), and a level backyard which leads out from the lower level rumpus room.
