Heartspace Salon Fit-out
Designing this dreamy beauty salon in the heart of Nelson Bay was so much fun! Working alongside the Fin. Design & Construct team, we created a space that was both functional and aesthetic!
CHB Beach House
Located in Catherine Hill Bay, this luxurious large home appeals to all families that want loads of space, and all those holiday go-getters; as it's available as a holiday rental.
Umie Store Fit-out
UMIE Store is a residential space in North Lambton nestled in the heart of Newcastle - a relaxed beachside boutique on a gorgeous, quiet street.
CHB New Build
Modern, coastal, family-living. This client design brief was to achieve a comfortable, sustainable and impressive family home that was designed to create an oasis, maximising passive airflow whilst also minimising the western solar impact.
Zadig Studio Fit-out
​​The Zadig studio was truly a dream to design. Featuring a luxurious terrazzo counter, bench seating under the window and many subtle, yet effective wall niches.

The Vantage House
Located in Corlette, Port Stephens, the "Vantage House" is a contemporary/industrial-inspired house. Sitting a-top of the hill in the Vantage Estate, this open living design captures water glimpses, cool breezes and views below.
Bowline House
Built in the Vantage Estate Corlette, the "Bowline House" is a modern, coastal style home. It was designed in 2017 and a year later, sold in 2018 for $1,050,000. What a success to everyone involved!

This Hamptons-style home is a new build designed by YHD in 2017. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a media room, double garage, large outdoor alfresco area, open plan kitchen/living and more!
