Located in Corlette, Port Stephens, this home design is definitely not something you see everyday!

The "Gawul" Project was designed in 2017 & built in the new Vantage Estate. The next year, in 2018 it sold for $1,050,000, a testament to good design and planning!

 

The Hamptons style home consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a media room, double garage, large outdoor alfresco area, open plan kitchen/living and more!

The media room is positioned as the focal/centre point of the home. With sliding doors on both sides, this space creates a clear pathway into the living/dining and luxury Hamptons-style kitchen.

This home boasts a second rumpus room, leading into three generously sized kid's bedrooms.

The master bedroom privately tucked to the front of the home, features a large walk-in-wardrobe and a beautiful ensuite with a double shower and vanity.

 

Additional features include a study, butlers pantry and a large backyard.

This sloped block was levelled to create the ultimate single level dwelling! With a series of spaces that had the ability to be opened and connected to the rest of the home, or closed off for privacy and noise reduction, this layout is the best of both worlds!

The clients brief for this facade was to create a design that would stand out from the rest - on trend - yet modest with a Hamptons feel. We love this design!
