Located in Corlette, NSW, Nandu Residence is a 4 Bedroom, Modern Coastal home that was sold in 2016.

 

This project was an Investment home for our clients, so we had to adapt and work around some design elements to make it as cost-effective as possible, all whilst keeping high quality, modern and minimalist!

'Nandu Residence' is a split level home and was designed to suit the unique block - it was sloped land! The house features a 300m2 floor area - plenty of room for any family!

Along with multiple outdoor entertaining spaces and a large backyard the interior house design includes; A large Master bedroom, main open plan living/dining on top the level. The lower level features 3 large Bedrooms a Rumpus and more!

With an impressive facade, utilising warm timber tones and a neutral palette this residence is still a very popular design style to this day!
