THE VANTAGE HOUSE, CORLETTE

The "Vantage House" - a contemporary industrial inspired 4 bedroom house - designed in 2016 & built in the new Vantage Estate, Corlette (Nelson Bay, Port Stephens). It was sold in 2018 for $ 900, 000 - in mid - construction! 

Sitting atop of the hill of the Vantage Estate, this open living design captures water glipses, cool breezes and views below. The entry showcases concrete wall panels and a massive 1.7m opening, glass front door. This complex site included a 5m slope from front the rear, as well as a skewed boundaries. The angles in the floor plan and roof lines reflect the site,  effectively utilising the site as much as possible.

Main floor level includes open living lounge & dining area with luxury kitchen, double garage, media, master bedroom plus study nook. Lower level boasts a rumpus, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms and a huge subfloor for a workshop and additional storage. Additional features included a butlers pantry, a huge level backyard (room for a future pool), secondary driveway & access to lower level subfloor.
