Location: Vantage Estate, Corlette, NSW - Port Stephens Council

Located in Corlette, Port Stephens, the "Vantage House" is a Contemporary/Industrial inspired house!

 

We designed this property in 2016 & was soon built in the new Vantage Estate, Corlette (Nelson Bay, Port Stephens). 

It was sold in 2018 for $900,000 during mid-construction!

 

Sitting a-top of the hill in the Vantage Estate, this open living design captures water glimpses, cool breezes and views below.

 

The entry showcases concrete wall panels and a massive 1.7m opening, glass front door. This complex site included a 5m slope from front the rear, as well as skewed boundaries. The angles in the floor plan and roof lines reflect the site,  effectively utilising the site as much as possible.

The Main floor level includes an open plan Living/Lounge/Dining area with a luxurious kitchen, double garage, media room, master bedroom and study nook.

​

The Lower level boasts a Rumpus room, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a huge subfloor (which will be used as a workshop and additional storage) 

Some additional features included in the design were a butlers pantry, a huge level backyard (room for a future pool), a secondary driveway & access to lower level subfloor.
