This home was located on a level block, built to the highest standard to reflect the Northern Territory's harsh cyclonic, and high heat conditions.

The client brief was to create a design stands out from the rest! "On trend" - yet cost effective and considerate of Darwin's harsh climate conditions were the main design goals!

 

Due to Zoe's love of concrete - this home also boasts custom concrete benchtops in both the kitchen & bathrooms.

The ensuite also won a Laminex Project of the year award in 2015 for the month of August - showcasing a custom feature screen that separates the ensuite from the master bedroom.

 

The Modern/Industrial style Living & Kitchen is the hub of the home, with sliding doors out to the alfresco - to create a spacious open-plan living area.

This home boasts a Master Bedroom privately tucked away at the front of the home, filled with a large open air ensuite and walk-in-wardrobe.

Other design elements included were; large louvred windows, (designed for maximum cross flow ventilation) a solar hot water system, study nook, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a large backyard!
