Our Founder
Zoe Pohlmann
Zoe Pohlmann founded Your Home Designs to bring a hands-on, real-world approach to residential design, shaped by her own experience as a property developer. Zoe has developed, renovated, and lived in her own projects, including homes she's created and shared with guests through her short-term accommodation brand, LOFT, giving her a practical understanding of every stage of a project, from concept to completion.
Having navigated the process herself, first as a client and then many times over as a developer, Zoe understands exactly what clients are going through at every stage. She leads the studio with a commitment to exceptional design and clear, honest guidance and believes the design journey should feel exciting rather than overwhelming.
Your Home Designs is a true reflection of Zoe’s passion for creating spaces that enrich the way people live, combining timeless design principles with a deep understanding of the details that make a house feel like home.
