Must be motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be eager to learn and grow professionally

Hold a Diploma of Building Design (or equivalent)

Have a minimum of 1-year experience working as a Building Designer on residential projects

Proficiency in Archicad is essential

Strong construction knowledge, understanding of building regulations, DCP & LEP planning schemes
-
Must live in Newcastle or Port Stephens
