Located in Catherine Hill Bay, this luxurious large home appeals to all families that want loads of space, and all those holiday go-getters; as it is available for Holiday rental.

With multiple living spaces, open plan living/dining, 3 bedrooms, double garage, outdoor alfresco and more; this beach house has all the design components wanted when designing your dream home. (The Ground-Floor level floorpan is shown on the right - we also completed a second-floor for the client)

The site was fairly flat, which allowed for a simple single level slab construction, however being located in Catherine Hill Bay "Beaches Estate" we were required to design in strict guidelines. This included minimum roof pitches, minimum retaining wall requirements and setbacks.
