At the start of 2018 we helped our clients to design & build a series of homes as an investment.
The project turned out to be an amazing success - we were able to design, DA approve, subdivide, project manage, build & sell all 3 homes in under a 18 months.

As these three homes were to be subdivided, each Torrens Titled (meaning each block has their own ownership, as opposed to strata), we decided to design these homes to look slightly different to each other, yet still similar to suit the surrounds.

As these homes were an investment, the products selected were very strategic; we selected basic materials with features like stonework, tiles and windows as subtle features throughout the homes.
