Our Shoal Bay renovation reimagined the home entirely within its existing footprint, with no approvals required. The design focused on refreshing and modernising the interior footprint, introducing a light, coastal palette, layered textures, and a layout that enhances flow and functionality. Delivered on a tight timeline, the transformation has created a relaxed retreat that feels brand new, proving that thoughtful design can completely reinvent a space without the need for extensions.
