UMIE Store is a Residential space in North Lambton nestled in the heart of Newcastle - a relaxed beachside boutique on a gorgeous, quiet street.  

​

We designed this space according to the client's brief - simple with design elements to showcase their product, whilst utilising the small space.

​

The layout was configured around creating a change room space that didn't overwhelm the rest of the boutique!

We also had to consider a practical storeroom for the staff - we did this by adding in walls and a gorgeous green door to conceal all those messy things nobody needs to see!  

 

A cost effective design element for the facade was to use paint! Choosing the navy colour has impacted UMIE Store's street appeal in all the right ways. Check out the before photos below!

With the help of all involved we turned a dark and dingy space to light filled luxe boutique - UMIE Store is one of a kind!
