We’re proud to share LOFT Shoal Bay, a new luxury holiday rental and a true labour of love by our founder, Zoe Pohlmann. With the success of LOFT Corlette, she and her partner Tyson of Nel Constructions were ready to expand their portfolio of unique stays in Port Stephens.
Grounded by complementary skills of building design and construction, the pair took on the challenge of transforming a tired beach cottage into a modern retreat—all in just seven months. Their dedication and expertise shine through every detail, from the interiors to the guest experience.
"We are a young family who has lived in the area for over 15 years, my partner Tyson grew up in a small cottage home similar to our Loft Shoal Bay - we have been looking to buy in Shoal Bay for years and have finally found the perfect place to extend our love to the area and share the experiences we hold so dearly to our hearts. We hope everyone's stay is memorable and we would love nothing more than to welcome our guests back again".
