At the beginning of Stage 2, we develop your design further based on your feedback and issue revised plans. These include detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D perspectives, and a 3D SketchUp model. We love providing this model as it allows you to clearly visualise your future home and better understand the design direction.

Once you’ve had the chance to review these updates, we ask for your feedback again. Revisions are then made to finalise the 3D model and refine all design elements.

To close this stage, we recommend speaking with builders to obtain cost estimates. This ensures your design remains aligned with your budget and gives you confidence that the project is moving forward in the right direction.
