Development Plans
The next stage of the process is to arrange the DA or CDC application plans (read our blog post on the difference between DA and CDC approval pathways here). This step is essential for obtaining approval in line with the Development Control Plan (DCP) and Local Environmental Plan (LEP).
We carry out a detailed review of both the DCP and LEP, as well as all relevant NSW State Environmental Policies and council checklists, to ensure full compliance with local regulations and requirements.

Our team then prepares comprehensive dimensional drawings and documentation suitable for construction. This includes a detailed site plan, site analysis, floor plans, demolition plans, erosion and sedimentation plan, driveway section, retaining wall plans, elevations, building sections, notification plans, an electrical plan, roof and stormwater layouts, and window and door schedules.

Once the documentation and dimensional drawings are finalised, Your Home Designs liaises with builders and engineers to coordinate the completion of the final construction plans.
