Stage 3 

Development Plans

  • ​The next stage in the process is for us to arrange the clients DA or CDC application plans. This is required for approval in accordance with the Development Control Plan (DCP) & Local Environment Plan (LEP). 

  • We then analyse and complete a thorough review of both plans (Council Development Control Plan (DCP) and Local Environmental Plan (LEP) We also go through all NSW State Environmental Policies & checklists to ensure compliance with local council regulations and guidelines. 

  • Our team will then prepare dimensional drawings & documentation suitable for the construction. This includes; a detailed site plan, site analysis, floor plans, demolition plans, erosion sedimentation plan, driveway section, retaining wall plans, elevations, building sections, notification plans, an electrical plan, roof & stormwater layouts and window & door schedules.

  • After finalising the documentation and dimensional drawings, Your Home Designs will liaise with builders & engineers to coordinate the final construction plans.
