Our first blog and a quick introduction - welcome from the YHD team!
We are a small, boutique style building design company based in Nelson Bay (Port Stephens), with a huge passion for creating inspiring spaces.
Whilst based in our beautiful beach town Nelson Bay, we tend to travel as far north as Forster and south down to Lake Macquarie. Newcastle is buzzing with exciting projects that we love to be part of (...but more on that later!)
Our team is made up of a huge range of professionals, from Building Designers, Drafters, Interior Designers, Builders, and much more. Whilst our immediate team of three, Zoe (Creative Director), Tyson (Partner & Builder), & Sammy (Building Designer) is quite small; we also have a huge base of professionals that we draw information from and collaborate with, to provide our clients with the most up-to-date information possible.
We pride ourselves on being a one stop shop for the every day person looking to invest in their home; whether it be to extend their current home for a growing family, renovate to be more liveable or for a more profitable rental, build a brand new home on a block of land, or an investment of some kind. The opportunities are endless with property and this is what excites us most. We also renovate, build and invest in property ourselves; we have designed, built & renovated five homes so far.
